Montana’s subsidiary Ventana s.a.s. has acquired ALSENAM, a French tier one supplier to the aerospace industry from the French technology group ALCEN.
ALSENAM with plants in Bordeaux and Narcastet, France, and Sousse, Tunisia, with a staff of 175 and a turnover of 16 m€, develops and produces fine sheet metal and welded parts and assemblies, essentially for the European and North-American aerospace industry.
The acquired companies will be regrouped with Ventana’s existing sheet metal company, Ventana Argenteuil, to form a new specialised business unit under the leadership of Daniel Charbonnel, ALSENAM’s current Managing Director.
Montana and Ventana expect further transaction closings in the aerospace industry in the next days.
